It has been raining all weekend so not much time spent in the garden.

This gave me some time to do some research on YouTube and I found a great channel promoting organic, practical vegetable gardening.

Mark has great content and presents with a passion for what he is doing.
He is a big supporter of the raised garden bed using Hugelkutur methods and I am sold on it.

This week I make a 800mm high raised garden bed using the Hugelkultur method.
To me this makes so much sense.

Unfortunately this video has turned into more of a Benny Hill skit with the Chickens taking centre stage. I can’t believe 4 chickens can create so much havoc.

Well, we all enjoyed our day.
